What you are paying for

These terms match the prices and checkout currently published on axtral.uk. They are not a solicitor-reviewed contract.

TODO: add the legal name, postal address, company number and VAT number if they apply. Confirm the cancellation notice and any refund position with a solicitor before relying on online sales to consumers. A fixed website-build price is not published because one is not set in the current packages.

Services

Axtral designs and builds websites, hosts them, and can help with domains, email and later changes. A new website is quoted after you send a brief. Hosting plans on the hosting page are separate monthly subscriptions.

Hosting prices

  • Starter is £10 per month for one website, 5 GB storage, SSL, weekly backups and email support.
  • Business is £20 per month for up to five websites, 25 GB storage, SSL, daily backups, priority support and a staging environment.
  • Enterprise is quoted. It is not a self-serve checkout.

The monthly fee covers the hosting features listed for the plan you buy. It does not include a new website design, extra development, copywriting, or the registrar's domain fee unless that was written into the quote you accepted.

How payment works

Send the brief on the contact page first. Axtral confirms the scope and the plan, then you can pay the hosting subscription on the payments page. Card details are entered on Stripe, not on this site. The Stripe buttons start a monthly subscription that renews until it is cancelled.

Cancellation

Email [email protected] to cancel hosting, or use the cancellation link in the Stripe receipt if one is provided. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not by itself refund a period that has already been paid. Ask before you pay if you need a written refund position.

If you are a consumer, statutory rights may apply to online purchases. Nothing on this page removes a right that the law does not allow a business to remove.

Moving away

You can ask for a copy of your site files and database. Axtral does not charge a release fee for that export. Domain names you own stay yours; transfer steps depend on the registrar.

What Axtral does not promise

Uptime of 99.9% is a target, not a service credit. Support aims to reply within 24 hours on business days. Search ranking, sales results and advertising performance are not guaranteed.
